Our tasting machines were imported from Italy and utilize modern techniques to preserve the open wines so that every taste is as great as the first. There is no reason why you shouldn’t try before you buy!
The machines allow us to keep a great selection of over 40 bottles available for tasting at all times. You simply buy a Vintage debit card loaded with as much as you like and buy each wine by the ounce or more. The debits cards aren’t only good for the tasting machines but can be used to purchase bottles, wines by the glass and any other item in our store.
Oxygen can destroy the taste and aroma of a wine quickly so as each glass is poured the tasting machine replaces the wine with inert nitrogen gas. It’s simply the best way to offer such a wide variety of wines to our customers. We’re the only wine shop in Reno to offer the opportunity to taste before you buy.
Simply insert one of our cards. When you’re done with tasting the card can be used for any purchase in the store.
Each press of the button pours one ounce. Just enough for a taste or press again till you’re happy!
